今回の開発は耐久性、耐震性局部座骨防止を強化したものです。 阪神淡路大震災の後、橋脚の柱部分に鉄板巻きがされています。 今回の開発は＋の補強材を入れることにより鉄筋とコンクリート外反鉄板とが一体化され、 仮枠の代わりもなります。 鉄板の厚みにもよりますが弛みがでる部分にはチャンネルエチコウ等で弛みを補います。 鋼鈑の場合は今まで以上に＋を入れる事により耐震、局部座骨防止が強化されます。 橋脚の中心から補強材は4点ですが、6点8点10点も可能です。点検工事も進めやすくな ります。 ＋の継ぎ目はブラケットボトル止めで、橋脚の梁部分には全体に力が加わる事により ＋方式が発揮されます。 工事のやり方は今まで通りで可能です。
